I'm sure you've had numerous queries about the grading system for trekking over the years but after 9 Exodus trips I still can't figure it out.  We've had C/D grades that were a doddle and B grades that left me gasping on some days.  Is it just me that is getting older and the general clientel are getting younger and fitter but the grading system as published just doesn't seem to correlate  with most of the trips I've been on.

How do you figure these things out and are they revised on a regular basis with user feedback?
