In our daily newspaper the other day (Daily Mail) there were reports of Tanks and Soldiers in Tianamen Square and a coup going on but the govt had suppressed any internet activity going out of China so there were no confirmed reports. Has anyone else heard anything?

Hi Pete, Sorry we are not on Facebook. Too old! Not really but our kids would freak if they saw us on Facebook. Hope your training in the peak district went well. We are training hard too, but interrupted by a spot of eye surgery. At least I will be able to see the wall! Robert and Sue.

Hi Robert and Sue, 

I have been talking to John phone and email. I'm 54 and Alex is 59. We have been on holiday with Aussie Intrepid before and really enjoyed ourselves. I went out for a run the other night and picked up a tendon injury so I'm crossing everything to hope it will be OK. Not long now. See you both in Beijing.
