I'm headed for Vietnam on the 23rd too! :) I've been on a few exodus trips and really looking forward to this one. It seemed like ages away when I booked it but now it's coming round fast! I keep meaning to read up on my Lonely Planet guide but I can see that'll probably end up as a job for on the plane...

Are you taking a cycle helmet? I never wore one the whole time I was at uni but I bought one this year. Kind of worried about how much packing space it's going to take up though...

I wasn't going to bother with one. The roads we will be on will be pretty quiet and think it will just get on your nerves having to carry it. Anyone else bothering?

I'm really looking forward to this trip. Not been away with exodus before, or on an organised tour like this, but the places we are visiting and the activities seemed just my thing. I'm filling out the visa form as I type.
