Hello Mike! - 25th May 2011 - 8:02am
Hi Mike - no your not on your own. We've just transferred onto this trip (which was our original second choice) as Kyrgyrzstan was cancelled. We cycled in India a couple of years ago and it was great fun but this trip looks a challenge!
Glad you're on board - 7th Jul 2011 - 10:36pm
How's the training going? How do you pronounce Kyrgyrzstan?
training??! - 9th Aug 2011 - 9:09am
Well - not going tooooo bad. We do a lot of running and long distance walking/ running so I'm hoping this will help. Do quite a bit of cycling into work along the canal, but don't think the Birmingham and Fazeley Canal will help to prepare for those gradients! We did the Cycling in Rajasthan trip a couple of years ago and it was great but the traffic was interesting!! Im hoping it'll be a bit quieter. How's your training going? Have you done many exodus trips before? Not sure who else is going??
Yep training - 9th Aug 2011 - 10:22pm
I did the Tibet trip a couple of years ago and it was tough going. This one looks to be just as challenging. I've tried to put a few miles in over the last few weeks. Need to do something drastic about my chicken legs! Not long now!

Tibet sounds a great trip. I am a bit nervous.....I did Kilimanjaro a few years back and I think we go to an equivalent height..on a pushbike this is gonna be a challenge!!Still there is always the bus. Wonder who else is going?

Anyone else out there booked on this trip? 'Hello' if you are.
Mike
