I went to India and Peru last year with Exodus.  And in February this year I went with them to Sri Lanka. They have all been absolutely brilliant holidays - exhausting - but brilliant !

Wow! you have done some travelling! I have never been to any of these places but Peru is on my wish list.

Peru was fantastic. Amazing scenery. We went from the Pacific coast over the Andes through mediterranean and alpine climates , snow covered volcanoes , then down to Cuzco. Highlights of the trip were the sand buggy in the Atacama desert - mad ! Machu Picchu at dawn, and seeing the stars on Lake Titicaca. I would definitely recommend it.

This trip looks good. I have been reading the travel books. Havana has some amazing architecture. We should see a lot of Cuba. We go away from the main tourist places. I am just sorting out what to take. Since we move every day it is best to pack light however it does seem to get chilly at night so I am taking my fleece just in case.  I was going to leave it.  Also I need something smart for the Tropicana night club at the end, so I am packing a pair of shoes - getting it all under 20 Kg is going to be tricky especially with all the insect repellant and sun cream !

No Cuban would ever considering going in shorts, and neither should you. "

I am taking collared shirts and cargo trousers, I might try to fit in an ordinary pair of trousers. I am taking a pair of shoes. The problem is fitting it all in the case. We had the same problem in Sri Lanka. We stayed at the Hill Club. The men had to borrow jackets and ties to go to dinner. The ladies brought dresses.  Apparently it gets chilly in the Tropicana in the evening, since it is outside and there is always a breeze.

Due to health problems I had to cancel trip to Cuba. I am gutted!

I am so sorry to hear that you cannot go. I hope that you get well and you are able to go away somewhere in the near future.  I would love to meet you on another trip. I certainly plan to be making more while I still can.
