Hello there!? -

Just thought Id say hi to anybody going on the Cuba Trip on 20th Sept!  Is anyone out there!?  Get in touch if you want to chat.  Im travelling from London Gatwick.  Its not long to go now, and I havent even looked at the trip notes properly yet!  Cant wait!

 Regards

Yes, I'm going... -

Hello there Kirten!

I've booked onto this fairly late and haven't had much time to get excited about it but I have added three days on to the trip and if you've been before/have any ideas what to do I'd be very grateful! Well done for putting a message up - I'm travelling alone and I think this forum is a great idea. I wonder why our fellow travellers are so shy?

Best, Katy

Nice to hear from you! -
Not many people got in touch prior to my last trip (to Morocco), I think people are just busy, in fact a few people hadnt even read the trip notes and/or got vaccinations! Im travelling alone too, Ive got the Lonely Planet Guide to Cuba but not gotten round to looking at it yet.  I work in the NHS and got to get through another 12 days straight at work before the hol!  This trip was recommended to me by a fellow traveller on the Morocco trip, she said it was amazing. Im coming from Sheffield the day before.  How about you?

hi -
live in london not such a trek! the cuba trip is also a recommendation and she's been on it and said it was great so really looking forward to it and getting away from life as we know it! ;)

Almost time! -
How are you both?  Ive had a busy week at work and not gotten round to packing yet!  Just wanted to know, are you taking money in £s or do people still use travellers cheques.  I havent used travellers cheques in year, dontknow if theyd be valid in Cuba?
