We are also booked on this trip of a lifetime, this is our 3rd time with Exodus we have found them very professional and capable.

Reading the trip notes, they recommend we take a 3 season sleeping bag, we have a feeling it gets rather cold at night in the teahouses.

Thanks for your tip on sleeping bags..... Are you a couple travelling/friends? I am travelling with my younger sister... Thia will be our fourth trek. Usually we do a charity trek but this time we are doing it for ourselves. we are so looking forward to it.

We are a married couple, this is our second trekking type holiday, last time it was Peru & the Inca Trail 18 months ago. Hopefully this should be a little easier on the lungs.
