Hello Lesley & Alan, it's lovely to hear from you before departure. Reading through the trip notes, day 4 sounds a little tough with a 14k climb to the evening hotel, but just imagine a nice country pub at the summit and you should be okay! Really looking forward to the trip - you can't beat the feeling of cycling in far away & exotic places. You'll have to talk me through your past Cuba trip, as it's high on my future places to visit.
