Steve and I are coming - based in Worcestershire, did the Annapurna circuit last year. Getting a bit nervous also and trying to get fit.

I'm booked on this trip.  I live in Hertfordshire.  I've been on three Exodus treks before.  All have been excellent and I'm hoping this will make a forth.

have you guys got your kit bags?? ours still haven't arrived.

looking really forward to it, although did get altitude sickness with everest (headaches and nausea!!!)

are we all on the sam flight?

We got our kit bags at least -

We got our kit bags at least 2 weeks ago. Did you try taking diamox for altitude - we found it helped.

not looking forward to the altitude sickness either, i hate throwing up!!! looks like we start fairly high up, so probly suffer sooner rather than later.

all packed and ready for the off, apprehensive and excited. see you all at heathrow friday-nother early start!

kitbag arrived ages ago- is it me or are they never big enough! i always use a mountain eqmt bag, guess i probably take too much gear?

 

weatherman says lima temps about the same as ours at the mo, but it will no doubt be colder in the mountains, specially at night.
