Thanks for the reply max afetr a little bit of research have decided on the Jungle formula extra strength - was looking for a roll on as these are much easier to wear but nobody seems to do them any more - we are on the group flight so will see you at the Airport. I was told only Typhoid and Hep what other ones has your nurse inflicted on you

Jabs -
I was pretty much out on all my jabs so thyhoid, Hep B booster, dipheria, tetanus and polio - 3 to go and then I'll be sorted !!

Highlights of North India -
We are a married couple who are also on this trip and will be going on the group flight on the 28th from Heathrow. We have travelled with Exodus once before but not been to India. Visa obtained and jabs updated , also told no need for Malaria tablets. Really looking forward to the trip it sounds really busy but we get to see a lot in a short time.

Highlights of North India -
Arriving day before via Virgin Atlantic, staying one night in Delhi in hotel the tour departs from. Travelling solo. Can confirm I was told there's no need for malaria tabs. Wondering why websites were out of stock of anti mozzie roll ons... have an old one, hope it's not out of date!

Re teh roll on Mossie -
Re teh roll on Mossie perfume try boots thats where I managed to find a Jugle formula roll on

Jabs -
Hi All Jabs all done ! Had a nice dead arm again ! I'd better go on the hunt for my jungle formula roll on. Just checked on the status visa and its been picked up so hopefully I will get it back by the end of the week. I wish I had booked the night before in Delhi now, going to be hanging going straight from the flight. Exciting though really looking forward to meeting everyone - although apprehensive haven't travelled solo for a few years. Max

Anti-Mozzie Roll on -
Got some from www.roamingfox.co.uk - they had been out of stock but now have it in. They also have loads of other useful things for travellers. Also raided Boots, they do a travel probiotic tablet which you take from a week before - well if even the athletes are getting tummy bugs it might be worth it!

Hi everyone I'm also on this trip ,travelling solo.I'm booked on the BA flight leaving Thursday at 10.10 and spending the night in Delhi. No malaria tablets! My doctor recommended Cholera which is a fizzy drink as he said it also protects against Delhi Belly but time will tell!

Night in Delhi -
Do you mean leaving Wednesday 27th? There are another two of us, at least, staying in Delhi the night before. Are you staying in the Singh Sons Hotel?

luggage -
I still haven't decided on luggage. I've looked at holdalls but few of them seem to have good locks so I might settle for my usual wheeled hard shell and a large shoulder bag for everyday.

luggage -
I'm taking a large holdall with wheels. Vij are you meeting everyone at the airport or hotel - if its the airport see you there as my flight arrives before the group one.

Getting Ready -
Well our arms have stopped being sore now so out tonight for some practicing at our local indian Restaurant - what are we thinking on footware Strong Trainers or Sandals????

I am going to meet everyone at the airport .What time does your flight get in?

Flight -
I get in about 6.20 am so I think the lady from Exodus said there is a Starbuck as you come out of depatures so I'm going to head for there and grab some breakfast.

Shoes -
Yes have decided to bring my holdall with wheels. Shoes - I am taking trainers and sandals. Trainers to give my feet a break from - how can i put it - dust. Jud and I are buying up most of boots and may be able to perform open heart surgery - at a push.

Only just over a week to go -
Only just over a week to go and I am glad to hear i am not the only one buying up Boots! The weather over there looks great at the moment. I have been told that it can be quite windy during the day so very dusty. When we booked we were the first and had to wait a while for the trip to be confirmed So look forward to meeting you all.

Boots -
well I'd better get to Boots quick sounds like you guys are all buying up everything !!!

Dust & luggage -
Heard that Ranthambore is bad for red dust, protect your camera! Travelling as light as possible given the pharmacy we need to bring. Had years of practice going motorcycling & camping holidays. Friend just gave me wee plastic boxes with soap, shampoo & body wash in paper leaves, all the same hope the hotels have toiletries!

Packing nearly Done -
Well it seemds tha that every thing will fit except the medicine chest will have to pack seperatley - I think we will be able to do major surgery with the amount of stuff my good lady has in the pouch
