Trip - TWM - MONT BLANC ASCENT, Departure Date - Thursday 2nd August 2012

Howdy,

A big hello to all attmepting the Monut Blanc ascent. I'm heading on the 02 Aug and will be travelling from Scotland. Is anyone hiring the equipment when they arrive in Chamonix? Or do you all have your own gear?

Hiya. Im departing 23rd of Aug on this trip. It looks amazing. Can you let me know how you get on with kit hire. I might have to hire the odd bits of kit too!

I will be joining you both on this trip also.

Plan on rocking up with most of my own kit, but acquiring some odds and ends when I get there in France. to help talk myself out of spening extra prior to flying out.

Hi,

I am going on the 8th Aug trip but when I was in a local Cotswolds store the girl serving goes to Chamonix quite a bit & said its easy to get things like cat 4 sunglasses etc from their and 2 good stores are Snell Sports & Intersports.
