It's getting closer, Yippie!!

I'm on a land only itinery and arrive in Kigali before the group flight so it would be nice to meet up...I arrive about 2pm on Fri 5th and I'm booked into the hotel Exodus use for that night...Have you been to Africa before?

 Great to hear from you! You'll be there a bit before me. I fly from Nairobi on the 5th just before midnight getting into Kigali just after midnight. I'm also staying that night at the Exodus Hotel. How about meeting up in the morning and heading out to see Kigali; the Genocide Museum & Nyamata Church.  Group flight doesn't get in until late afternoon. I'll check with the reception on arrival which room you're in.

I thought you arrived in the early hours of the 5th though... It sounds like a plan before the group arrive on Saturday afternoon(maybe there's others arriving early??) 

I think there's a late night bar in the hotel so maybe I'll be see you on arrival or I'll see you in the morning...

A bar in the hotel......sounds an ideal place for an extra night. Will see if you are about otherwise will leave a message at reception for the morning. May as well make the most of the day in Kigali.

If anyone else arrives early they are welcome to join us, safety in numbers!! :-)

We are arriving in the early morning hours on Feb 6 so will have the day to explore Kigali as well.  We will leave a note at the front desk when we arrive so we can meet up on the 6th.

Are you on the flight just before midnight leaving Nairobi with Kenyan air? If yes maybe we can also share transport to the hotel on arrival in Kigali? If not we'll catch up in the morning on the 6th.

I am flying with Kenyan Airlines from Nairobi to Kigali. In Zanzibar at the mo so don't have flight details but leave about 23.45 and get into Kigali bit after midnight so would be great if you are on same flight and we could try to meet up. I have a turquoise backpack I will hang around arrivals for a bit and see if anyone looks like they are looking for someone :-) We have no elec on island so limited internet I'll not be able to check it again.
