Kenya Airways Carry On Allowance -
Trip - AYK - KENYA & TANZANIA ADVENTURE, Departure Date - Sunday 20th September 2009

I've just been packing my camera backpack for AYK and I'm a bit concerned about the pack dimensions.

On the KQ website it states a maximum size Max size: Total 112cm (56cm X 36cm X 20cm)

My bag states that it meets IATA regualtions as carry on and has external size of 104 cm comprising the dimensions 34 x 27 x 43 cm.

Is this likely to be a problem at the airport (I am well within the 10kg limit)

Thanks for the help

Paul

Hi Paul -I imagine the -

Hi Paul -

I imagine the restrictions on the dimensions have to do with whether or not your bag will fit under the seat or in the overhead bin.  You will need to check with KQ directly as to whether or not your camera backpack will be accepted as carry-on luggage.

Take care,
