Yes, I am doing this trip.  I'm not taking SPDs because I will probably do myself some damage using them!  Look forward to seeing you on the trip.  Spin classes here we come!

Hi Julie, nice to hear from someone on the trip. I recently heard from an exodus regular that it's worth taking spd's and your favourite saddle. I'll be taking spd's and pedal's as I'm used to them but not a saddle as they should be okay on the bike provided. Look forward to meeting you.

Hi Richard and Julie. I am definitely taking my comfortable saddle (I have learned from previous experienec!) I will also be taking my spds but only because they are my only shoes suitable for cycling. Look forward to meeting you both

Hi Richard and Janet.  I've never done a cycling holiday with Exodus before so it will be a whole new experience for me.  I am really looking forward to it though.  It sounds like an amazing holiday and it will be nice to share it with like minded people.  Sounds like the trip is full so that's good.  Looking forward to meeting you both.  Are you on the group flight?
