Also it would be great to hear from anyone who has done this trip and if they have any tips.

I am a single women who has discovered long haul travel later in life. I now wish to travel to as many different countries as I can while I have the will and the energy (not forgetting the finances).

Hi Jackie, I will be joining you on this little jaunt around Cuba. I've managed to swing over 3 weeks off work so I will be staying on solo after the tour ends for an extra bit of rum and rumba. As a determinedly independent fellow, I'm entering middle age in pugnacious form and firing off a series of long-haul travels like yourself. Looking forward to seeing what Cuba can throw at us!
