Manaslu Circuit - Nepal

I'd be interested to hear anyone's experiences of this trek.  I trekked the Annapurna Circuit last year, which I enjoyed.  It looks as though Manaslu is a similar level of physical challenge.  I'm attracted to the idea of going to a more remote area, less popular with trekkers, and perhaps having more contact with Nepalis.  What is the camping like?  (My AC was lodges for overnighting.)
