Booked and can't wait to go. Need to get out on the bike now the weather is much better and get some miles in! This winter has stopped me getting out and I'm feeling rather unfit. 4 months to go and it's off to Tibet!

Don't panic! I dabble in triathlon at best! I'm inherently lazy so you'll be fine. Sounds like you might be a bit quick. Racer? how does that work?

Wot tyres are you going to use? I was thinking of Maxxis Crossmarks but now realising it might be very wet with monsoon season, Im not so sure. Want to run tubeless 26x2.1
any advice appreciated :-) ?
