More "activity" fewer rest days

While I've loved all the Exodus trips I've been on, I get really frustrated by active holidays that have a number of rest days In particular, on a 7 day holiday I'd like to get all the cycling/walking in that I can - if people are fit enough for the grade then they shouldn't need a rest day which are mostly an annoying break in the activity! I'd really like to see more activity and less resting on more of the trips - or at least, for more rest days to be optional where possible, so that those who want to sit around can do so but those who want the maximum activity and adventure from their holiday don't feel a little short changed.
