Hi! I'll be coming on this trip too. If this is your first time at altitude think about getting some diamox to stop altitude sickness. Apart from that the kit they suggest should cover most things!

Hi, I've just booked onto this trip and I'm really looking forward to it. I've not done an Exodus trek before but I have done several independently. I think my only tip would be to drink lots of water... sounds simple but it is so easy to get dehydrated and this increases the risk of altitude sickness.
