Trip - AOF - TRAILS OF VIETNAM, Departure Date - Sunday 27th November 2011
JBit of a newbie at the whole exodus thing and just wondering if anyone has any packing tips for this trip at this time of year. Also is it necessary to take own cycle helmets and how casual are the evening times?

Just a bit of help on the packing front and what you really need to take for India and Nepal in Early to mid November please if anyone has been at this time of year. Want to pack as light as possible.

For the AOF trip cycling helmets are unlikely to be available for hire and if they are the quality cannot be guaranteed, we therefore strongly suggest you bring your own helmet with you for this trip. Evenings are casual so no specific dress code is needed as with most of our holidays, just take what your most comfortable with.

Is it a requirement to wear a cycling helmet? And is it necessary to use malaria-medicine? They do not recommend in Denmark for the areas we will visit, but I can see that Exodus recommend it.
