Sleeping pads & luggage -
Trip - AYU - GORILLAS & MASAI MARA, Departure Date - Saturday 12th September 2009

Hello, everyone. I've been doing a bit of pre-packing to get ready for my trip and I've discovered that my thermarest inflatable sleeping pad is about 4 in./10 cm too long to fit in the one bag I'm planning on bringing. Over all the sleeping pad is about 27 in/69 cm long when rolled up in the carry sack. If necessary I can buy a bigger bag but I'd like to avoid doing that if possible. Any suggestions for how best to carry the sleeping pad will be appreciated.

 Regards, Michael

I found out in another -

I found out in another thread that mattresses are provided on this trip I'm on. So that answers my question.

Regards, Michael
