Slovakia and Czech Republic Trip

Greetings Steven.

I shall join you in Bratislava on the 9th., having spent a couple of days in Vienna. This will be my first time with Exodus and to these places.

Two weeks ago, I cycled with a group from Prague to Meissen and thoroughly enjoyed it. I had an evening sortie into Bohemian Switzerland which is impressive. I want to explore that area and Saxony more fully.

Am looking forward to being in  the Tatra mtns.

This will be my first coach trip. I have been watching the programme 'coach trip'. Its a laugh, but I hope this one will be different.

Thanks for making yourself known.  If this is anything like the Polish trip (which sadly Exodus no longer do), it will be a great experience.   The itinerary for that was very well thought out and going to less visited places is often more rewarding than going to the obvious tourist sites.  That trip was an unexpectedly cosmoplitan group and it will be intersting to see which parts of the world our group hails from.

My husband Richard and I will be joining you on this trip. I have been to Mongolia, Canadian Rockies and Iceland with Exodus and have loved all three trips so far. I have an acquaintance from Slovakia who has looked at the itinerary and said that we are heading to some spectacular areas, so I'm looking forward to this

Welcome aboard Richard and Ruth!  So now we know 4 of the 20ish people on the trip.  It does help to get to know a few names before hand.  I hope that the weather in Slovakia for our holiday will be as good as it is there this week.  After this particularly cold and dismal August we could do with some hotter and sunnier weather.  Not long to go now!
