Also - are people taking travellers cheques or not? The trip notes suggest that you take them, however I see from many forum posts (both on here and elsewhere) that the general consensus seems to be that taking them is more trouble than they are worth as they are a huge hassle to exchange. Any thoughts?
Hi, we've just (finally) booked on this trip and now have just over 4 weeks to get sorted with visa's, equipment, jabs and a decent level of fitness!
Just wondering if there are any fellow travellers on here, the tour looks to be nearly full (1 space left) so I'm guessing there will be a few joining us.
