I'm all booked in and getting very excited about it, I just cant wait to get away from this miserable weather! This will not only be my first trip out the the carribean, but also my first holiday trip out alone, so its a double whammy!

it will be great! I have been on few trips like this and looking so much forward to meeting new people :) I am actually arriving two days before and staying in the hotel recommeded by Exodus. My name is Daria :) Looking forward to meeting you next week. Hope we can get some salsa rythm and few cuba libres in :)

That sounds like a great idea, allows you to settle in and have Havanah to yourself for a few days before the rest of the rabble arrive!

Hi guys, I've just booked for this trip too (a bit last minute!).  Does anyone know definite plans for how we actually all meet up (Gatwick? Havana?) - I haven't received all the details yet.  Can't wait to go, looking forward to meeting everyone!

Hi there, I'm sure that you've received the detail by now but we officially meet in Havana airport, but there's nothing to stop us who are on the group flight meeting in departures at gatwick!

Hi there Oliver.  Im arriving from Edinburgh on the 21st and will be rushing from 1 terminal to the other so hopefully we can meet up in the departure lounge.  I would have assumed that the seats would have been booked fairly close to each other if they were booked as a block booking.  Looking forward to meeting you and any one else that is going to Cuba. My bags are packed and im ready to go

Hi Jenni, Have just had a quick google of what's in the south terminal at Gatwick - shall we go for 10 O'Clock outside Accessorize? I'll be wearing blue jeans, a navy/white stripy top, navy blazer and pinky/red shoes. Rachel

i am flying in from Edinburgh and not sure how long it will take me to get from 1 terminal to the other.  Is that before we go through passport control or after?
