Trip - TNE - EVEREST BASE CAMP & GOKYO LAKES

Hi, anyone booked on this trip?

I'm a solo traveller and am thinking of booking this trip within this week, I've seen a lot of people booked on the Everest base camp trek, but not to Gokyo Lakes and crossing the Cho La pass, is it because it's REALLY hard core??

 Has anyone returned from this trip that could possibly share some advice and insight?
