Glad to hear from you, I am booked on this trip too! I hillwalk here in Scotland most weekends, but have also started cycling during the week to build up a bit of stamina for the trek. I know a couple of people who have done this trip and they recommend using a cross-trainer too to help strenghten the legs and cardio. Can't wait - this is a life long dream for me!!!

Hello Susan :) It's a life long trip for me too! I am trying to get fit in the gym as I live in the south which is very flat so not many hills round here! I cannot wait, I am very excited :)
