Trip - TNV - EVEREST TRAILS & AMA DABLAM, Departure Date - Monday 28th February 2011

Hiya, has anyone done this trip - or are any of my fellow travellers out there?!

I'm curious about the amount of money that I'll need to take once out of Kathmandu. Are the estimates given by Exodus accurate? What sort of food is available?

hi gecko im down for everest base camp n gokyo lakes ,,leaving on 23 feb ive been advised to allow £25 per day for the trip,i was told this would be ample! hope this helps and that your trainig is going well! good luck,
