Travelling to or through South Africa from Zambia - yellow fever vaccination now needed

I spotted this purely by chance.  http://www.doh.gov.za/show.php?id=3047

It seems that it WILL apply to passengers travelling back merely in transit through South Africa, so for example if you are on a Botswana / Zambia trip after 1 Oct (as I am) and you are transitting back through Jo'burg then technnically you could be quarantined or refused entry!

YF vaccination must be given 10 days before travel so don't delay in seeing your travel clinic if this applies to you!
