Hi, this will be our second visit - we did a trip to North India (Delhi/Agra/Jaipur) 8 years ago and loved it. Thought the South might be a bit different and for me, one of the highlights of India is the food! Really looking forward to it too, sounds like it'll be a good mix of action and relaxation.
