Using Paypal while in Burma -
Trip - AON - DISCOVER BURMA, Departure Date - Sunday 30th December 2012
....basically, don't ! Wifi is more widely available than you might expect, but be careful what you do within it. I attempted to make a payment for something via Paypal while in Burma and came home to discover my Paypal account was limited, and that I would need to provide photo id ,proof of address and an explanation of my outrageous attempt to use my own, personal Paypal account to pay a company outside Burma for something for my own use, which was to be provided outside Burma (actually lounge access at KL airport ! )
