I'm booked for 13 November, was due to go in April but the trip was cancelled due to the volcanic ash.  Fingers crossed for the next attempt!  Maybe we could meet up before boarding?

Kara, Susan - I too am on the Vietnam trip - I think I booked onto one of the last places a couple of weeks ago and most of the group seems to be made up of ladies around the same age.  I've heard so many good things about Vietnam and very much looking forward to escaping the start of the Scottish winter!  Look forward to meeting you both, Beccy

Hi to all, I can officially declare I was the last one to book!! Can't believe how quickly its all coming round now, getting excited and looking forward to some heat! Anyone sussed out the essentials to pack? Meeting up before boarding sounds like a good plan :)

Received my final joining instructions. Very exciting. Just waiting for my visa. Anyone like to meet at LHR check in (08:00) or departure lounge around 09:00/09:30 on the 13th?

Yes I have too. Spent this morning ploughing through all the paperwork trying to work out what I will need to buy! Meeting at check in sounds like a good idea to me.

Meeting at check in is a good idea. I'm going to try to check in online but will have my bag to drop off obviously. Svarty -- you're thinking you'll be there for about 08:00? Is our flight about 10:30? I did get my joining instructions but don't have it in front of me.

Yes, flight is at 10:50.
