Are there a choice of grades that we can choose for the White Water Rafting?

Also do you know the name of the company that is used or are there a few?

We stayed at the "resort", that includes the white water rafting, plus the Bungee Jump!

We didnt do the rafting last year (although most did). It is quite extreme and you will get flipped, unless you are in the support boats. At least that's how it was last year.
