Who else is going?
Hello clare. I'm travelling too. Nice to meet you. And I was born in Woking! It will be a great trip so no need for nerves:-) I'm travelling with a friend who has never done this sort of trip before either and I know you will both have a brilliant time.
One tip - gleaned from Exodus - is to bring a few pens or paper or postcards to give to the local children. Also wetwipes - for you - as aparently water could be a bit limited. Lots of thin layers are better than one thick one; oh yes, and take a copy of your travel tickets and passport and hide them elsewhere in your luggage separate to the originals, just in case of emergency. I also photocopy info about where I am visiting rather than take a guide book, so once I've been there I can throw it away.
Regards,
Claire

Hey,
This is my first trip of this kind & the first on my own,so it would be really nice if I could get to know fellow travellers prior to departure, it might help to calm the nerves!!! Any useful tips would be gratefully received too.
Thanks
