Who's going on the 21st September? -
Trip - AYU - GORILLAS & MASAI MARA, Departure Date - Saturday 22nd September 2012

I'm really looking forward to seeing the gorillas followed by the wildebeest migration on the Masai.  I've been trying to get to see the migration for many years.

Jane

Hi JaneIm booked on this -

Hi Jane

Im booked on this trip as well. first time id seen an Exodus catalogue and this itinerary stood out above everything else for me.  the migration was my first reason for going but with the gorillas and overall value i thought it was too good to miss.

cant say im an experienced camper (never done it!) but ive been far enough to ensure it shouldnt be too much of a culture shock.  if you can find my Facebook link from here please feel free to add me.  roll on 6 months time!

Hi Rico -

This is my third trip with Exodus - previously I've done Namibia (through the Namib desert and up into Etosha game reserve all camping) - brilliant - I've never camped for so long and I wasn't sure how I'd get on but there was nothing to worry about.  I've also done "Land of the Tiger" to India visiting 3 national parks with the Taj Maha thrown inl - spectacular, and I got to see somewhere around 15 tigers in the wild - unbelievably mind-blowing!

I've got nothing but praise for them as a tour operator.  I'm just thinking about when to apply for the Uganda and Kenya visas - looks like it'll be July.

I can't pick up your Facebook link - it's not showing.

excellent! tigers are -

excellent! tigers are definitely on my hitlist for the next couple of years. i think we get all the visas on arrival in each country, costing us $90 total.

you can search for me on facebook as Richard McFeeters. when i booked two weeks ago they said there were two couples, a solo girl and myself already booked.

 Cheers

Gorilla Trip -

Hi Jane & Richard, I'll be joining you on this trip and so far there are now 10 of us.

Really looking forward to the gorillas and am keeping my fingers crossed I get to see a leopard on this trip as they have been very elusive when I've been on safari before!

Laura

Gorillas and Masai Mara -

3 weeks today until we go, can't wait.

Apart from seeing the gorillas, I too would really love to see leopard and cheetah as I've only ever previously seen leopards way off in the distance and it would be fantastic to see them closer.  I've just bought myself a new bridge camera with a 42x zoom especially!!  Look forward to meeting up with everyone at Heathrow!

Jane

Gorilla Trip -

It's coming round very quickly, just want to go now! Hopefully we'll both come away with having spotted leopards then. See you soon! Laura
