Hi - yes, my husband Richard and i are on this trip - first safari for us and looking forward to it. We're also with two friends who have safaried before. We're going to practice wildlife photography at Woburn safari park in June.

Yes I must admit I have bought a new camera with a better zoom and some decent binoculars. I tend to take both when out walking to get as familiar with them as possible before the trip. Both me and my partner Andrea are really looking forward to seeing wildlife and hope we are luckier than when we did a tiger safari in India as I just saw the hind quarters of one disappearing into a bush.
