Yellow Fever Vaccination

Trip - AYU - GORILLAS & MASAI MARA, Departure Date - Saturday 16th July 2011

Due to medical reasons, I'm not able to have the yellow fever vaccination. I'm booked on the Masai Mara and Gorillas trip (covering Kenya, Uganda and Rwanda in that order) and was wondering if anyone has ever had trouble getting into these countries without a YF certificate - though I intend on getting an exemption certificate.

Any thoughts / advice greatly received before I take the step of cancelling the trip!
