Tripcode: ACY
An adventurous journey to this intriguing and diverse region of south west China
With its classic temples, stone buildings and arched bridges, Yunnan is one of China's most photogenic and intriguing regions. Home to an amazing variety of people and some superb scenery, we traverse an area populated by numerous ethnic groups, from colourfully clad Naxi and Yi, to the Tibetans of the north. Whether it's the thrilling sight of the Yangtze tumbling into narrow Tiger-leaping Gorge, or the other-worldliness of the Stone Forest near Kunming, this region of China is a constant delight.
