    Villa Fabbroni was absolutely wonderful (definitely plan to return, in an ideal world, for my wedding!). Sergio & Stefano were excellent hosts, they really couldn’t do enough for us! The course itself was really interesting (they even supplied a genuine Italian Mama for the pasta section!) and covered all the basics well given the time allowed. Before the last session, which was to consist of Tiramisu & Biscotti, we were given the opportunity to ask for a couple more recipes to be added on (having tried Ribollita (soup) during the week this turned out to be an interesting addition to our Italian cooking repertoire).
