Cortijo Rosario is renovated to a high standard whilst retaining its traditional heritage. As such, the farmhouse should not be considered a luxury villa or hotel. Towels are changed once during the week and rooms are serviced every other day.
Please note all activities are optional and a rest day may be taken at any point should you prefer to relax at the Cortijo.

TRIP HIGHLIGHT: Cortijo Rosario
The Cortijo is a beautifully converted farmhouse, twenty minutes walk from the nearest village. It is an ideally secluded, yet comfortable base from which to explore the cities, sites and trails of Andalucia. All rooms have en suite facilities and there's a bar, lounge, dining room and swimming pool.
Set within twenty-five acres of picturesque rolling hills, it is unsurprising that we often eat the excellent local cuisine al fresco on the terrace - there is always the open fireplace in the lounge for cooler evenings.
On our special 'Spanish Weeks' - marked with a ( i ) icon on Dates and Prices page - the short sessions during the week will provide basic language skills, which you can practise with the Spanish staff, helping you feel like a local in no time (see Dates and Prices page).

Icons explained
The vast majority of Exodus adventures are adult group holidays. Groups are always small in size. We strongly believe that this adherence to small groups means a better experience for all; more time with your guide, less waiting around and a reduced impact on the communities and environments visited.
Each group is generally made up of like-minded travellers - with singles, couples and friends all joining in together.
All these trips are suitable for single travellers, but if you prefer to travel with clients booking individually, please
see our Solo Departures page.
Designed for people who are in good health, enjoy the outdoors and want a relaxing trip packed with interest.
Special Interest: For those who have a passion for archaeology, food, flowers, languages or yoga. Solar eclipse departures and specialist conservation holidays are also included.
Relaxed Itinerary: A range of itineraries seeking out intriguing and off the-beaten-path destinations in a little extra comfort!
Culture: Let Exodus show you a different side to many of the world's greatest cultural attractions.
