Our base, the Cortijo Rosario, is surrounded by arable land and rolling hills dotted with olive trees and sunflowers. The country round about is tranquil, timeless and rich in Moorish history. Our base is perfectly situated to explore the great cities of Seville and Cordoba, the dramatic hill town of Ronda and the 'white villages' of Andalucia. This is a relaxing trip combining cultural highlights and the peace of the Andalucian countryside with great food and wine. Look out for special weeks where you can learn or practise yoga in the idyllic Andalucian setting.
All departures in August and September of A Week in Andalucia at the Cortijo Rosario will benefit from a free cooking demonstration. Learn to make Gazpatcho soup, Sangria and a giant Paella on the poolside terrace and enjoy eating the end result. We're also throwing in a fabulous Cortijo Cookbook so that you can take all the wonderful recipes of your week home with you.

Experience yoga in this wonderful, peaceful Andalucian setting with a professional teacher. You can either learn from scratch or practise in this beautiful location with lots of space, inside and out, for your spiritual exercises.

| Day 1 | Fly to Malaga; transfer to Cortijo Rosario. |
| Day 2 | Visit Ronda and the oldest bullring in Spain; cross Andalucia's highest road and climb up to the Moorish fort. |
| Day 3 | Guided walk through Olvera and Setenil, the famous 'pueblos blancos' (white villages built by the Moors). |
| Day 4 | Explore endless alleys through Moorish and Jewish quarters of Cordoba, the Moorish capital of 'Al Andalus'. |
| Day 5 | Free day for sightseeing, take a self guided walk or relax by the pool. |
| Day 6 | Marvel at beautiful Moorish and 'Mudejar' architecture and gardens of Seville. |
| Day 7 | Relax by the pool or take a half-day guided walk through nearby hills and olive groves. |
| Day 8 | To Malaga, fly to London. |
