  Thoroughly enjoyed my trip, it was better than I had imagined! The scenery was amazing and the company was great too! Our leader and driver were both wonderful and we were also lucky with the weather!

  What was the most inspirational moment of your trip?

  The best bit for me was when we were coming down from climbing Mt Fitzroy. The views, weather and overall experience was amazing. We also did the "w" trek which was also outstanding. The Beagle channel was fun, and as a photographer everything was fantastic.

  What did you think of your group leader?

  The group leader Olly was excellent, informative and we knew we were in safe hands. He also got the leadership balance right and the whole team gelled well.

  Do you have any advice for potential travellers?

  Take lots of camera batteries and memory cards!

  Is there anything else you would like to add?

  Not sure on a technical issue whether to contact customer services directly, but I added an additional night on email before the trip at the start hotel Hotel espana. When I got there there was no record of any reservation and I had to pay again. I would like to find out if in my total paid there was the extra night in Santiago as reserved with Olly Leicester. If you need correspondence with this confirmation of reservation, I can send to you. Please inform me what you want to do to take this forward. (I need to check I have not paid twice) thanks Mark

  It is great to hear that you thoroughly enjoyed your trip and the photographic opportunities it offers. It sounds as though you were lucky with the wather and had a great group and leader as well, which makes all the difference.

  I'm sorry however, to hear of the slight glitch with the extra nights pre-tour accommodation that you had requested, and do apologise for any inconvenience that this may have caused you. It appears from your booking that this extra night had been requested but not confirmed or paid for in advance. I will send you a copy of your invoice and follow up on this in more detail by email.
