An incredible experience to help on a variety of our projects in Laos and Cambodia

This trip is a unique opportunity to get involved with a variety of our Responsible Tourism projects based in South East Asia. Whilst journeying through the most impressive sites of Laos and Cambodia, we spend four to five days helping a variety of projects where we hope to make a difference to small remote communities as well as gain further insight into their fascinating cultures.
Our experience starts in Luang Prabang, which is full of temples, markets and fine local food. We spend three nights in this enchanting town to engage in one of our projects. After stopping in the relaxing towns of Vang Vieng and Vientiane, we fly to Siem Reap in Cambodia where we spend the final four nights of our impressive journey through South East Asia. South East Asia is home to some incredible cuisine with colourful markets, and a mouth-watering array at meal times.
What makes this trip responsible?
Our volunteer trips are run in partnership with Baraka Community Partnerships and their local partners. Baraka’s work in Laos is almost entirely focused on improving educational opportunities for children, by supporting local schools and organisations and improving their infrastructure. In 2012 Exodus and Baraka volunteers assisted in building a new school in the remote village of Nong Kham.
