A remote adventure in the peaceful land of Laos. Our journey into one of the last bastions of communism starts in Pakse, the gateway to the Four Thousand Islands, a collection of idyllic islands in the Mekong River. Next we journey to Savannakhet where we spend the day trekking in the Dong Na Tad Forest before heading to a hilltribe village en route to Kong Lor, the longest cave in Laos. After exploring the charming capital of Vientiane, we journey to the mysterious Plain of Jars before ending our adventure in the striking temple town of Luang Prabang.
