Abundant wildlife, spectacular views, vibrant cities and stunning beaches

Senegal and Gambia offer an incredible variety of breathtaking landscapes, as well as a fascinating culture. Desert, forests, waterfalls, beaches, wetlands and lively cities are just a few highlights of this intense, adventurous trip. As well as exploring the highlights of north and west Senegal, we also visit the south-eastern part of the country.
Relatively unexplored, this area is rich in wildlife and is still inhabited by animistic tribes. Dakar seduces us with its colours and music, St. Louis with its perfectly preserved colonial style buildings. We travel by pirogue to discover Djoudj N.P., one of the most important bird sanctuaries in the world, and the Gambia River, with its intricate mangrove forest. We experience the peace and the silence of the desert before visiting the mysterious megalithic circles of Wassu and we are enchanted by the tribal rituals of Iwol.
In Niokolo-Koba we have the chance to spot some amazing wildlife such as hippos, baboons, crocodiles and koba (one of Africa's largest antelope), before heading to the magnificent Dindefelo Waterfalls.
Those seeking extra adrenaline will not be disappointed: whether it's tightrope walking in the Baobab Adventure Park, quad biking on the sand dunes or scuba diving in Saly, this trip has it all!
