Gloves for biking are a must, and I strongly advise some for the canyoning too (my hands got quite beat up and it made the next couple of days activities painful, still did them though!) A basic first aid kit is useful and although the staff do carry one on every trip, its good to have your own supplies.
Don't overestimate your ability or stamina to cope with the activities, although it rated as a 'moderate' trip almost everyone on ours did some form of cardio intensive activity regularly, which I think helped. If you've never biked off road before the biking day might be tough too. If you are really unsure of doing an activity discuss with the group leader, you can always take a day off and there is plenty to explore if you do.
Also breakfast at the hotel gets a bit same-y so take some cereal bars or something for variety.
This is a wonderful trip, you feel like you've earned your lie down by the pool at the end of each day! All the activities were well organised, the instructors for the activities were really friendly and I felt totally safe with them. The night life is Kas is fab, so many cool bars and friendly people, and all the food is really healthy and tasty. Try the seafood wherever possible, it's all good :)
- Definitely get the hammam bath and massage, its so worth the money especially after a hard day canyoning. They pick you up and return you to the hotel, a real pampering experience!
- Do try the optional paragliding if you've never tried it before, the view from up high is stunning, again a great intro.
- If I did the trip again I would get a single room, it can get awkward with roommates coming home at different times after a night out.
