I would thoroughly recommend this trip as it offers a great mix of activities that leave you feeling like you have packed loads into your week. At the same time however there is enough time to relax and chill in the sun around the hotel pool. The activities felt well organised and safe, but at the same time left me feeling like I had stepped out of my comfort zone and felt a bit of fear! The resort was lovely and the hotel had a nice relaxed and friendly feel to it. All round this trip was great fun!

What was the most inspirational moment of your trip?
Paragliding..the mix of fear at having to run off a hill but then the exhilaration at floating gently back down to earth. Taking the plunge to jump off the rocks on the canyoning day.
What did you think of your group leader?
Great group leader.....great mix of being well organisedso that everything ran smoothly, whilst also being relaxed and good fun!

A well organised and active week, had such a good time. The group worked really well, lots of laughs and dances were had by all.

What was the most inspirational moment of your trip?
Would definitely recommend doing the optional paraglide!
What did you think of your group leader?
Geoff has a positive no-nonsense approach and knows his stuff; technically, communication and groupmanagement wise. A great guy to have as your group leader.
Do you have any advice for potential travellers?
Don't bother about your walking boots, trainers are the way forward for all the activities. Bring mosquito repellent if you go out on a boat for a meal in the evening, somehow mid-sea the most bites occurred. Some sections of the canyoning and cycling I really needed to steel myself. You may get the shakes but you'll have the best feeling when you've overcome your fears.
Is there anything else you would like to add?
Kas is a lovely town with a good atmosphere, friendly people and plenty of choice in restaurants. The staff at the diving/ activity centre were all so welcoming and helpful, was very impressed with that.

I work for exodus and this is the first trip that I have taken through the company. It was an excellent experience, with a great group, good leader and plenty of activities. Never bored, really active and perfect for someone who doesn't just want to lie on the beach all day. Kas is a great little town, good restaurants and bars. I would recommend this trip to anyone, especially if you want to try some new things and have a really active week away.

The canyoning was great fun, especially the jumps and zip-lining, pushing our limits.
What did you think of your group leader?
Geoff was excellent, a very experienced guide, who has travelled the world doing what he is best at.
Do you have any advice for potential travellers?
    Take a waterproof camera

Great holiday with great activities, great guide, great company and great food!

What was the most inspirational moment of your trip?

I loved the diving which I've wanted to try for years. The try-dive really is just a quick taster but we did get down to 5m which felt very deep.

My partner loved the canyoning - having been very worried about the big jumps she managed to do them all. Not everyone on our trip did all the jumps (you can abseil instead) and it didn't feel pressured - you were given plenty of time and encouragement to summon your courage.

What did you think of your group leader?
Jeff was an excellent group leader, endlessly enthusiastic. He has a great ability to encourage people to push themselves but also knows when to stop.
Do you have any advice for potential travellers?

We had been worried about reviews saying hiking boots were essential for the canyoning, or that shoes would get ruined. I actually did it in brand new (quite cheap) approach shoes. Both the shoes and I coped fine - no damage to either of us. I would not have been happy in walking sandals though.

The first day - featuring a walk up a canyon - was actually quite hard work. I think the web site refers to getting wet feet but we were soaked head to toe.

You do need to be reasonably fit for this trip but prior experience of any of the activities is not needed. Enthusiasm and the willingness to have a go are much more important. If you are experienced in one or two of them then I think it would still be enjoyable as the locations are so beautiful.

On our rest day we got a boat to the beaches across the bay. The beaches are all private so you pick which takes your fancy by which has the nicest loungers and spend the day buying a few drinks. Lovely.

Is there anything else you would like to add?

This is an excellent holiday for trying a few new things all in one go. You could of course organise it all yourself but will you ever get round to it?

This was our first package holiday of any kind and we found it was good fun to be trying all these things with one group of people - encouraging each other along.

The hotel was very nice - nothing fancy but friendly staff and good food.

Escapism, adventure, exhilaration, what a great holiday. Geoff and Adem our two guides were excellent. Their patience and enthusiasm never wavered, nothing was ever too much for them in making the experience fantastic for the whole group. They made the holiday and should be given a massive pay rise because what ever they are payed is not enough, I have already referred a couple of friends to Exodus to do this activity week.

What was the most inspirational moment of your trip?
The canyoning day was fantastic. The scenery and envoronment were breathtaking and the activity was such a rush, I couldn't get enough and didn't want the day to end.
What did you think of your group leader?
I'm exmilitary and have done a lot of these type activities, our 2 group leaders Geoff and Adem are at the top of my list for ability and general around great people.
Do you have any advice for potential travellers?
Just do it! Don't let your insecurities and fears hold you back as you will never know your limits and abilities if you do and you will not experience fantastic new activities.

This trip provided me with everything I wished for... adventure, challenge, awesome views and excitement, plus interesting conversations, lovely food and expert leaders.  It was packed with stimulating activities combined with the daily chance of relaxation by the pool ... culminating in the optimum balance between the two.

What was the most inspirational moment of your trip?
Loved canyoning... it was amazing.  Standing on the edge of rocks, looking down in total trepidation, I was spurred on by the encouragement of the group and my own desire to beat my fears.
What did you think of your group leader?

There is no doubt whatsoever that Geoff is a legend... highly skilled and totally inspirational, witty, positive and up beat.

Do you have any advice for potential travellers?

Yep, remember your cycling gloves...I didn't but felt they would have been comfortable on the descents...as my hands gripped the breaks, but more importantly, book this trip.  you will not be dissapointed.   Oh yeah, and if you like dancing, there are plenty of opportunities every evening at Red Point!

Is there anything else you would like to add?
If I could be transported back there now, I would!

A great holiday in a lovely town with lots of interesting activities to take part in!

What was the most inspirational moment of your trip?
I really enjoyed the canyoning day, in particular when we abseiled down a waterfall. I also really enjoyed the paragliding, the scuba diving, the sea kayaking....
What did you think of your group leader?
Our group leader was very experienced, approachable and friendly. He would also give us briefings each evening about the next day's activity so we knew what to take, what to expect and had an opportunity to ask any questions. He was very safety conscious and patient (like when we were nervous on the canyon day!). He also was (more than!) happy to join us for drinks in the evening.
Do you have any advice for potential travellers?
Don't worry about the activities being too strenuous - you can take it at your own pace (within reason!). Take decent walking boots with ankle support for the canyoning. Oh and take ear plugs - the call to prayer is at 4.50am each morning! Also the curtains in the hotel room are practically see through and don't block out the light so take an eye mask if you need it to be dark to sleep!
Is there anything else you would like to add?
We had a great group and ate out together in the evenings. As you do so many activities together you get to know each other quickly which makes this holiday great if you are holidaying on your own. Kas is a lovely little town with lots of restaurants and chilled out bars to relax in during the evenings. The people are friendly but not pushy. The hotel Oreo has great views (if you get a room at the front) over the sea. The pool and outside bar are lovely and the hotel looks gorgeous from the outside being covered in a climbing plant with pink flowers. However, the rooms are basic (though are clean and with air con) so don't expect too much. However, you won't be spending much time in your room so it doesn't matter!
