Trip Profile
Land Only clients please note the start point is 9.00 am at Wilson Airport in Nairobi on Day 2. For those interested in extending their stay, there are several options, very popular last year was staying on in the Mara (with a possible fly camp option - this is a late afternoon walking safari followed by an overnight bush camp -max 6 pax- and then walk back to camp the following morning, climbing Kilimanjaro or some relaxation in Zanzibar. Please let me know if these are of interest or any other options you may have researched.
Photography: Paul Goldstein will be on hand for advice, tips and small discussions and practical photography information. If you have any questions at all before you travel please do not hesitate to contact Paul.
Meal Plan: Full board on safari, dinner is not included on the last evening in Nairobi.
Currency: It is strongly recommended to change money on arrival at the airport.
Ballooning: Possible in the Mara; very expensive (approx $400.00) but memorable. Please let Paul know before departure if you would like this to be arranged.
Tipping: Allow approx $90.00 +
Visa: Please check this before departure but almost everyone needs a visa which can be obtained on arrival for $50.00
Inoculations: Please check with your GP before departure
