Trip Profile
Travel by two-person open canoes on the Zambezi. No previous experience necessary.
Accommodation
4 nights semi-participatory camping with either limited or no facilities, 2 nights camping in tented camp with shared facilities, one night in a chalet with en suite facilities.(For Land Only clients the first night is also spent in chalets near Lusaka).
Food
6 breakfasts, 6 lunches and 6 dinners included.
Reality Check
This is generally a comfortable participatory safari but, as it goes through some wild country, you should come prepared to be flexible and expect delays or inconvenience.
Travel is by Canadian-style 18ft. two-person canoes and a spacious purpose built safari vehicle. No previous experience is necessary but you should have a reasonable level of fitness on what is an active trip. An ability to swim is recommended.
Normal group size and age
Normally 6 to 12, plus leader Minimum age 18.

The vast majority of Exodus adventures are adult group holidays. Groups are always small in size. We strongly believe that this adherence to small groups means a better experience for all; more time with your guide, less waiting around and a reduced impact on the communities and environments visited.
Each group is generally made up of like-minded travellers - with singles, couples and friends all joining in together.
