Okavango Delta, game rich Etosha and sand dunes at Sossusvlei

Travel through Africa's true wilderness on a trip of amazing contrasts.
From the verdant waterways of the Delta to the arid desert and towering dunes of Namibia, every day offers a new experience. We begin by exploring the incredible Okavango Delta, visiting the Moremi Wildlife Reserve, and travelling on the waterways by mokoro, a traditional wooden dug-out canoe. Etosha National Park and the less-visited Mahango Game Reserve both offer great wildlife viewing and we can expect to see elephant, giraffe, rhino and lion, as well as an abundance of plains game.
The northern region of Namibia is home to the magnificent Himba tribe, who live as their ancestors have for many centuries: meeting these indigenous people who are untouched by modern life is a rare treat. We finish by travelling across the red sands of the Kalahari and climbing the dunes at Sossuvlei, an incomparable experience.
This is a captivating trip taking in the main highlights of Namibia and the world's largest inland delta.
What makes this trip responsible?
Most of the tour is spent camping which reduces our energy consumption for the whole trip. We also source all of the food used while camping locally. Furthermore, whilst camping, the leaders ensure that we minimise impact as much as possible by such things as clearing up camping areas after use.
We pay the mandatory park fees which contribute to conservation of the parks and surrounding areas.
