NAMIBIA WILDERNESS 4WD EXPLORER
15 days from GBP2,499 to GBP2,799 including flights
Tripcode: AZP
A classic 4WD journey through Namibia's most spectacular and remote scenery
For much of this magnificent safari your only companions will be your guide, your fellow travellers and the remarkable wilderness. Namibia is sparsely populated anyway but the time spent in a 5000 square kilometre private concession set in the most breathtaking scenery on the continent, is unique.
We are very proud to be really exploring Damaraland and the Kaokoveld in detail, as its game, Himba people and inspiring landscape are worthy of a comprehensive visit. There is a very good chance of encountering desert elephants and this area boasts a large concentration of rare, desert-adapted black rhino.
Meeting the Ovahimba people is a real highlight as we will get to see their traditional way of life. We do not ignore the obvious attractions of Sossusvlei, Etosha and Swakopmund but our visit to the north-west is something not to be missed.
